Phoenix Mail is a totally free e-mail program developed with Borland Delphi. The original program's author, Michael Haller, decided once to turn the project into an open-source project.

Phoenix Mail 0.93 Beta is almost exactly the emailer I want. It has everything good and nothing unnecessary except I cant send any email. Whatever the address it's "not in the correct format". Bugger.
